The Argon Method

Here's how The Argon Method works: Set yourself a realistic goal for how long you think you can go without nicotine (or other vice). As soon as each successful goal is attained, allow yourself to smoke again. Smoke as much as you want until you want to quit again for an even longer period of time. Setting realistic goals and then accomplishing them positively reinforces your ability to quit.
